ことわざ (Japanese Proverb) 日本の文化 (Japanese Culture)


Bad news travels fast.
悪事(あくじ) means bad things.
千里(せんり) means a thousand miles.
走(はし)る means to run.

It literary means the bad news runs a thousand miles.
People love the rumors and gossips.
Even if you try to hide something, the rumors goes from one person to the next like wildfire.

What! You already know that.
